- C / C++ / .Net / Java / Oracle (Should be really strong in any of these languages)

Requirement Specification:

- A candidate needs to have aspiration towards teaching / training others in technological side.

- Experienced Software developer who has aspiration towards training others can also apply

- FRESHERS WILL BE GIVEN 3 - 6 MONTHS TRAINING TO BECOME FULL-FLEGED TECHNICAL TRAINER

Qualification:     

- BE / B. Tech / MCA / MS IT / ME / M. Tech (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012)

- More than 60% across the studies

- Fresher / Experienced

Interview Process:

1. Programming Test (Arrays, Multi dimensional arrays, Loops, Conditional Statements & Functions etc) (Paper Written Test for 30 Marks - 6 Programming based questions will be asked - You can write in any technical language)

2. Class room presentation (technical topic on your choice)

3. HR Interview

For Fresher: Rs.15000/- per month / 1.98 Laksh per annum

For Experienced: According to the current salary and experience
